Snakehead fish sticks mixed with chaya leaves and oyster mushrooms have high protein and iron content so they can be an alternative snack for anemia sufferers. Objective : Testing the effect of snakehead fish sticks mixed with chaya leaves and oyster mushrooms on the hemoglobin levels of anemia patients at Siti Aisyah Regional Hospital, Lubuklinggau City. Method : The type of research used is like an experiment with a plan pretest and posttest with two groups. The research sample was patients who experienced anemia Iron Deficiency (ABD) at Siti Aisyah Hospital, Lubuklinggau City, a total of 60 people consisting of 30 treatment groups and 30 comparison groups. Samples were selected using simple random sampling. The intervention provided 100 grams of Snakehead Fish Sticks Mixed with Chaya Leaves and Oyster Mushrooms as a snack for 14 days. Results: Results of data analysis using Test Wilcoxon showed that the average difference in increase in hemoglobin levels in the treatment group was 1.1 g/dL and in the comparison group 1 g/dL. Statistical test results (test Mann-Whitney) showed that there was no effect of giving Snakehead Fish Sticks Mixed with Chaya Leaves and Oyster Mushrooms on Hemoglobin Levels in Anemic Patients at Siti Aisyah Regional Hospital, Lubuklinggau City (p-value = 0.574). Conclusion: Giving snakehead fish sticks, chaya leaves and oyster mushrooms did not have a significant effect on hemoglobin levels. It is recommended that further researchers can improve this. The composition of ingredients is high in protein, iron and vitamin C. Apart from that, the intervention can be combined with the provision of blood supplement tablets and a source of vitamin C so that iron absorption can be optimal. Berdasarkan pedoman WHO orang dikatakan anemia bila kadar hemoglobin laki-laki kurang dari 13 g/dL dan perempuan kurang dari 12 g/dL. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk pencegahan anemia defisiensi besi adalah meningkatkan konsumsi makanan tinggi protein, zat besi, dan vitamin C. Stik ikan gabus mix daun chaya dan jamur tiram memiliki kandungan protein dan zat besi yang tinggi sehingga dapat menjadi alternatif makanan selingan penderita anemia. Tujuan : Menguji adanya pengaruh stik ikan gabus mix daun chaya dan jamur tiram terhadap kadar hemoglobin pasien anemia di RSUD Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau . Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan rancangan pretest dan posttest with two group. Sampel penelitian adalah pasien yang mengalami Anemia Defisiensi Besi (ABD) di RSUD Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau sejumlah 60 orang terdiri dari 30 kelompok perlakuan dan 30 kelompok pembanding. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Intervensi yang diberikan yaitu Stik Ikan Gabus Mix Daun Chaya dan Jamur Tiram sebanyak 100gram sebagai makanan selingan selama 14 hari berturut-turut. Hasil: Hasil analisis data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan rata- rata peningkatan kadar Hemoglobin pada kelompok perlakuan yaitu 1,1 g/dL dan pada kelompok pembanding 1 g/dL. Hasil uji statistik (uji Mann-Whitney) menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh pemberian Stik Ikan Gabus Mix Daun Chaya dan Jamur Tiram Terhadap Kadar hemoglobin pada Pasien Anemia di RSUD Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau ( p-value = 0.574). Kesimpulan: Pemberian stik ikan gabus, daun chaya dan jamur tiram tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kadar hemoglobin. Disarankan untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat meningkatkan komposisi dari bahan yang tinggi protein, zat besi dan vitamin c. Selain itu pemberian intervensi bisa dikombinasi dengan pemberian tablet tambah darah dan sumber vitamin c agar penyerapan zat besi dapat optimal.
