A total of 13 research articles were obtained, comprising 7 articles on early marriage and 6 articles on nutritional intake, all published between 2014 and 2022, which met the inclusion criteria; Results: Based on the results of the review, it was found that there was a significant relationship between early marriage and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women, and also a significant relationship between nutritional intake (energy, protein, iron, folic acid and vitamin C) and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women; Conclusion: Early marriage and inadequate nutritional intake can increase the risk of pregnancy anemia. Adolescents who marry early must be given education to delay pregnancy and maintain adequate nutritional intake to prepare for a healthy and anemia-free pregnancy; Keywords: Early marriage; nutrition intake; anemia ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Pernikahan dini merupakan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia bagi remaja karena menghambat hak mereka untuk mendapatkan kesehatan yang optimal, termasuk gizi yang cukup, serta akses ke pendidikan dan perlindungan dari kekerasan. Asupan gizi yang tidak memadai, kualitas gizi makanan yang buruk merupakan faktor yang kurang diperhatikan saat kehamilan usia dini. Remaja akan berbagi kecukupan gizi untuk perkembangan dirinya dan juga pertumbuhan janin, hal itu yang menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab kehamilan usia muda rentan mengalami anemia kehamilan; Tujuan: Tujuan studi ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pernikahan dini dan asupan gizi terhadap kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil; Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain literature review dengan mengumpulkan artikel-artikel yang dipilih menggunakan mesin pencarian google scholar dan pubmed.
