Macronutrient intake (food recall 2 x 24 hours), household food security (HFIAS), and nutritional status BMI/U from direct measurements of weight and height. Data analysis between variables using the Spearman correlation test (α= 0,05). Results: The result s howed that there is a significant correlation between energy intake and the nutritional status of adolescents (p = 0,029; r = 0,190). There is no significant correlation between macronutrients intake and nutritional status of adolescents (carbohydrate: p = 0,132; r = 0,132), (protein: p = 0,071; r = 0,157), and (fat: p = 0,136; r = 0,131), and also no significant correlation between household food security with nutritional status of adolescents (p = 0,474; r = 0,063). Conclusion : There is a significant positive correlation between energy intake and nutritional status of adolescents. Therefore, there is a need for counseling about balanced nutrition and it is hoped that parents and adolescents will pay more attention to their food intake (consume balanced nutrition of food and food diversity, increase consumption of fruit and vegetables, control oily/fatty foods, fast food, MSG, and sweets). Hasil: Ada hubungan asupan energi dan IMT/U (p = 0,029; r = 0,190) tetapi hubungan dengan asupan zat gizi makro tidak bermakna (karbohidrat: p = 0,132; r = 0,132), (protein: p = 0,071; r = 0,157), dan (lemak: p = 0,136; r = 0,131). Hal serupa dengan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga (p = 0,474; r = 0,063). Simpulan : Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara asupan energi dan status gizi remaja dengan arah hubungan positif. Disarankan perlu adanya penyuluhan mengenai gizi seimbang dan isi piringku serta diharapkan orang tua dan remaja lebih memperhatikan asupan makanannya (konsumsi makanan bergizi seimbang dan pangan beraneka ragam, meningkatkan konsumsi buah dan sayur, membatasi makanan berminyak/lemak, fast food, MSG dan manis).
