Konsentrasi Total Suspended Solid (TSS) yang diperoleh pada 3 kali sampling adalah pada sampling I diperoleh rata - rata sebesar 257,78 mg/l ±136,84, pada sampling II diperoleh rata - rata sebesar 200 mg/l ± 118,51 dan pada sampling III diperoleh rata - rata sebesar 400 mg/l ±146,67. Ditinjau dari kurva ABC maka sungai Plumbon masuk ke dalam kategori sungai yang tercemar sedang hingga berat. Uji korelasi yang dilakukan antara TSS dengan Kelimpahan Individu menghasilkan korelasi negatif kuat, begitu pula pada uji korelasi TSS dengan keanekaragaman makrozoobentos yang menghasilkan korelasi negatif kuat. Plumbon river is located in Mangunharjo, Mangkang, Semarang. This research was conducted to study the concentration of Total Suspended Solid, macrozoobenthos community structure, the relationship between TSS and macrozoobenthos and the status of Plumbon river pollution. Sampling method used is systematic sampling method. Total Suspended Solid is all solids or other particles like sand, mud, and clay that are suspended in the water and can be biotic components. Average of Total Suspended Solid (TSS) concentration obtained from every station with 3 times sampling are: station I is 257,78 mg/l ±136,84, station II is 200 mg/l ± 118,51, and station III is 400 mg/l ±146,67. Based on ABC curve, Plumbon river is categorized as moderately to heavily polluted river.
