Kandungan nitrat stasiun I (5,791 ppm) dan (7,478 ppm). Mangrove at Timbulsloko village, Sayung sub-district, Demak regency showed a level of damaging. In order to manage, the local government then rehabilitate those areas. The areas which were used as fish ponds have been changed their function as mangrove forest. With such condition, it is predicted that distribution of material organic, nitrate and phosphate contents will be changed. The aim of this study is to find out the total organic contents, nitrate, and phosphate inside sediment, as well it is to find inter station, deep and tidal current condition distribution of the contents. The study usaged the descriptive method, while for the collection data samples using purposive random sampling. The sediment sampling in the depth of 0, 15 and 30 cm, while for the water sampling from three sites in station, i.e. station I mangrove Rhizophora, station II combination Rhizophora and Avicennia and station III mangrove Avicennia. These sampling were conducted in both tidal current condition, i.e high and ebb tide. The result of this study showed that the total organic contents, nitrate and phosphate inside the sediment is in medium to high fertility ranged. In station I, the average organic contents during both high and ebb tide were (11,32%) and (16,073%). Station II (12,5%) and (15,81%). Station III (10,087%) and (12,978%).
