Hasil analisis TSI Carlson menunjukkan bahwa status trofik Waduk Jatibarang berkisar antara 47,898 – 57,440, hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa status trofik di semua stasiun dengan tiga kedalaman berbeda berada pada tingkat eutrofik ringan sampai mesotrofik. Hasil analisis regresi linear antara nitrat terhadap klorofil-a pada permukaan, tengah, dan dasar berturut-turut didapatkan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,931; 0,62; 0,51, koefisien determinasi sebesar 86,6%; 38,4%; 26,1%. Analisis regresi linear antara fosfat terhadap klorofil-a pada permukaan, tengah, dan dasar berturut-turut didapatkan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,221; 0,539; -0,147, koefisien determinasi sebesar 4,9%; 29,1%; 2,2%. Sedangkan, hasil analisis korelasi antara kedalaman dengan kesuburan perairan diperoleh koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar -0,547, yang berarti terdapat keeratan hubungan yang sedang dan bersifat negatif (semakin bertambahnya kedalaman maka semakin rendah kesuburan perairan). Utilization of reservoir for any necessity and source of water from two rivers can change s water quality of reservoir. The research purpose is to find out the vertical profile of water fertility through of TSI Carlson analysis . The research method in used is case study.
