Penelitian tersebut dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelimpahan, pola distribusi, dan nisbah kelamin Kerang Kijing di inlet dan outlet Danau Rawapening. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan metode makroskopis di dalam pengamatan nisbah kelamin sampel. Data hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisis menggunakan rumus kelimpahan populasi, Indeks Morishita untuk mengetahui pola distribusi kerang berdasarkan ukuran panjang digunakan uji Analysis of Variance , dan uji Chi-Square untuk mengetahui nisbah kelamin kerang. Hasil penelitian bahwa rataan kelimpahan populasi pada stasiun I ( inlet ) DAS Rengas 3,11 ind/m²; stasiun II ( inlet ) DAS Ringis 7,44 ind/m²; stasiun III ( outlet ) DAS Kedungringin 9,67 ind/m². Angka rataan Indeks Morishita dari seluruh stasiun pengamatan kurang dari 1 (Id < 1) sehingga dapat dikatakan pola distribusi Kerang Kijing di 3 stasiun seragam. Hasil perhitungan nisbah kelamin dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square yaitu nilai hitung X 2 0,986 sehingga dapat dikatakan nisbah kelamin jantan dan betina kerang Anodonta woodiana pada tiga stasiun pengamatan tidak berbeda secara nyata (P<0,05).
