The political upheaval which occurred in 1965 had an impact for Chinese descent artists, especially for those who were members of the Yin Hua Artists Institute. In fact, this institution has demonstrated sociocultural relation between Indonesia and the Chinese who are represented by the Chinese descent who love Indonesia. The Yin Hua artist institute also had participated in performing the Indonesia’s Cultural Mission to China. That cultural mission had been also participated by the State Palace painters.
