Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksploratif dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling (SRS). Penelitian dilakukan di Sungai Wiso, Jepara pada bulan April 2014 dengan mengambil titik sampling sejumlah 20 titik secara acak. Titik sampling yang digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor fisika kimia perairan adalah titik yang memiliki kepadatan tertinggi dan terendah. Uji statistik regresi dan korelasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor fisika kimia perairan terhadap bivalvia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa titik yang memiliki kepadatan tertinggi adalah T6, T17, T20 dan titik yang memiliki kepadatan terendah adalah T1, T2, T3. Hasil analisis faktor fisika kimia perairan yang diperoleh, seperti kecerahan perairan berkisar 17-32 cm; kedalaman berkisar 17-53 cm; temperatur air berkisar 27-30 o C; kecepatan arus berkisar 0,14-0,4 m/dt dengan tipe arus lambat sampai sedang; pH senilai 7; oksigen terlarut (DO) berkisar 3-6,1 mg/l dan kandungan organik substrat berkisar 2,3-8,3%. Keberadaan jenis bivalvia di dasar perairan berbanding positif dengan kecerahan, oksigen terlarut, dan bahan organik, serta berbanding negatif dengan kecepatan arus. Dalam interaksi fisika kimia perairan terhadap habitatnya, bivalvia cenderung memilih kondisi lingkungan serta tipe habitat yang sesuai, agar tetap tumbuh dan berkembangbiak. Indikasi yang menunjukkan kesesuaian suatu habitat bagi bivalvia adalah seragamnya bivalvia yang ditemukan pada lokasi penelitian ini dan bivalvia yang dominan adalah Anadara sp. This research aimed to determine the physical chemical interactions formed a properties aquatic habitat of bivalves. The applied method was exploratory and sampling using Simple Random Sampling (SRS). The research was conducted in Wiso River, Jepara in April 2014, by taking sampling point a number of 20 point randomly. Sampling points to analyze the physical chemical waters factor is a point that has the highest and lowest of bivalves density. Regression and correlation statistical tests were used to identify the influence or those environmental factors to bivalves. The results shown that the point which has the highest density is T6, T17, T20 and the point that has the lowest density is T1, T2, T3. The results of chemical physical waters analysis obtained, such as the water transparency ranged from 17-32 cm, the water depth ranged from 17-53 cm, while water temperature 27-30 o C, stream velocity ranged from 0,14-0,4 m/dt within slow type to medium, acidity observed 7, dissloved oxygen (DO) was around 3-6,1 mg/l and the persentation organic substrates was 2,3-8,3. The existence of bivalves in waters linear positive to brightness, dissolved oxygen, and organic substrates, as well as linear negative to the flow velocity. In the interaction of waters chemical physical to the habitats, bivalves tend to choose the environmental conditions and the type of suitable habitat, in order to growing well and multiply. This research shown that Anadara sp. was the dominant species found in the location. The characteristic habitat of Anadara sp. had been identified in this research. }, issn = {2721-6233}, pages = {141--146} doi = {10.14710/marj.v3i4.7048}, url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/maquares/article/view/7048} }
