Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Training, Leadership and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance at Luminor Hotel Kota. Determining the sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique with 46 employees as respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression as a data analysis technique with the help of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 26 software. The results of this research show that 1) Training has no effect on the performance of Luminor Hotel Kota employees. 2) Leadership has no effect on the performance of Luminor Hotel Kota employees. 3) Self-Efficacy has no effect on the performance of Luminor Hotel Kota employees. 4) Training, Leadership and Self-Efficacy have a positive and significant effect on Luminor Hotel Kota Employee Performance. And the Adjusted R Square value is 22.2%. Meanwhile, the remaining 77.8% (found from 100% - 22.2%) are other aspects that influence the Performance variable (Y)
