PT XYZ masih mengalami masalah overstock kelebihan part Battery Volt 4, oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan usulan mengenai pengendalian persediaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu teknik forecasting dengan metode Single Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing, dan Winter’s Method untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak kuantitas part Battery Volt 4 yang harus dipesan agar tidak mengalami kekurangan dan kelebihan. Setelah dilakukan peramalan dihitung juga safety stock untuk mengetahui berapa jumlah part yang harus disiapkan untuk keadaan darurat. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, didapatkan bahwa metode terbaik yaitu Winter’s Method dengan tingkat error yang paling kecil dengan MAD sebesar 7.201 dan safety stock sebanyak 29.722. Raw material inventory control strategy is needed so that the costs incurred in the production process are not too high, especially in the manufacturing industry that requires a lot of raw materials. PT XYZ is still experiencing overstocking problems with Battery Volt 4 parts. Therefore, this research is conducted to provide proposals for inventory control. The method used is forecasting techniques with Single Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing, and Winter's Method to determine how much Battery Volt 4 parts need to be ordered to avoid shortages and excesses. After forecasting, safety stock is also calculated to determine how many parts should be prepared for emergency situations.
