Abstrak

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Semarang merupakan perusahaan yang melayani
penerimaan, penimbunan, dan distribusi BBM di beberapa daerah di Jawa Tengah. Aktivitas pekerjaan
meliputi proses di kantor dan di lapangan. Setelah dilakukan observasi lebih lanjut, didapatkan
informasi bahwa terdapat beberapa keluhan yang dirasakan oleh karyawan PT Pertamina Patra Niaga
Integrated Terminal Semarang. Hal tersebut terjadi karena banyak faktor, seperti adanya penambahan
outlet, terjadi penambahan handling pekerjaan pada karyawan khususnya pada divisi Sales Service,
Distribution, dan Fleet yang berakibat terjadinya penambahan jam lembur. Selain itu, terdapat
permasalahan mengenai fasilitas meja kerja dan layout yang kurang ergonomis terutama pada ketiga
divisi. Berdasarkan permasalahan itu dilakukan analisis perhitungan beban kerja mental menggunakan
NASA-TLX dan postur tubuh dengan ROSA. Dilakukan analisis regresi untuk mengetahui hubungan
antara hasil beban kerja dan postur tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor
permasalahan dan rekomendasi perbaikan. Berdasarkan perhitungan skor ROSA diketahui 8 dari 12
orang memiliki hasil penilaian yang tinggi. Berdasarkan perhitungan NASA-TLX diketahui bahwa 6
dari 12 memiliki penilaian yang sangat tinggi. Divisi yang memiliki tingkat beban kerja mental tertinggi
adalah fleet. Aspek tertinggi dari beban kerja mental adalah indikator effort (27%). Hasil analisis
regresi menyatakan bawah postur tubuh hanya sedikit/hampir tidak memengaruhi beban kerja mental.
Perlu adanya perbaikan untuk beban kerja mental dan postur tubuh.

Abstract

[Title: Body Posture Regression Analysis of Mental Workload Using The Rosa and Nasa-Tlx Method
at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Semarang] PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated
Terminal Semarang is a company that serves the receipt, storage and distribution of fuel in several
areas in Central Java. Work activities include processes in the office and in the field. After further
observation, information was obtained that there were several complaints felt by employees of PT
Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Semarang. This happened due to many factors, such as the
addition of outlets, the addition of work handling for employees, especially in the Sales Service,
Distribution and Fleet divisions which resulted in additional overtime hours. In addition, there are
problems regarding work desk facilities and layouts that are less ergonomic, especially in the three
divisions. Based on these problems, an analysis of mental workload calculations was carried out using
NASA-TLX and body posture with ROSA. Regression analysis was carried out to determine the
relationship between the results of workload and body posture. This study aims to determine the
problem factors and recommendations for improvement. Based on the calculation of the ROSA score,
it is known that 8 out of 12 people have high assessment results. Based on NASA-TLX calculations, it is
known that 6 out of 12 have a very high rating. The division that has the highest level of mental workload
is fleet. The highest aspect of mental workload is the effort indicator (27%). The results of the regression
analysis stated that body posture only slightly/almost did not affect mental workload. There needs to be
improvement for the mental workload and posture.
