PT. INKA Multi Solusi merupakan perusahaan manufaktur pembuatan berupa lokomotif, kereta penumpang, kereta bergerak, gerbong barang, kereta khusus, dan produk pengembangan yang mengalami masalah dalam pengelolaan sumber daya material, yaitu masih ada proses pendataan secara manual dan membutuhkan perencaan produksi dengan terjadwal. Berdasarkan permasalahan proses bisnis pada produksi proyek UGL bulan Januari 2023 masih belum terintegrasi dan termonitoring secara bertahap dalam rangkaian produksi. Proses bisnis yang dialami perusahaan perlu dialaminya perbaikan dan penyesuaian sesuai kebutuhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dibuatkan aliran sistem informasi dengan menerapkan implementasi ERP dengan bantuan software Odoo ke dalam divisi fabrikasi PT INKA Multi Solusi, sehingga data dapat terintegrasi menjadi satu dan memonitoring alur produksi dengan terstruktur. Perancangan sistem informasi menggunakan metode waterfall dengan terbagi menjadi 5 tahap yaitu requirement analysis and definition, system design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, dan operation and maintenance. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan proses bisnis usulan perbaikan yang sesuai dengan implementasi ERP dengan bantuan software Odoo. PT. INKA Multi Solusi is a manufacturing company in the form of locomotives, mobile passenger carriages, carriages, freight carriages, special carriages, and development products that experience problems in managing material resources, namely that there is still a manual data collection process and requires scheduled production planning. Based on the process of business problems in the production of the UGL project in January 2023, it has not been integrated and monitored in stages in the production series. The business processes experienced by the company need to undergo improvements and adjustments as needed. The purpose of this study is to create an information system flow by implementing ERP implementation with the help of Odoo software into the PT INKA Multi Solusi fabrication division, so that data can be integrated into one and monitoring production flows in a structured manner. System information design uses the waterfall method which is divided into 5 stages, namely requirements analysis and definition, system design, implementation and unit testing, system integration and testing, and operation and maintenance. The results of this study are in the form of business process design suggestions for improvements that are in accordance with ERP implementation with the help of Odoo software.
