ANALISIS PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER DENGAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) PADA BAHAN BAKU ROTAN (Studi Kasus Pada CV. Lucky Furnicraft)

Perusahaan merupakan salah satu hal terpenting dalam suatu perusahaan furniture. CV. Lucky Furnicraft adalah sebuah perusahaan furniture yang menyediakan produk seperti kursi, meja, laci dll, yang berbahan dasar kayu dan rotan.CV. Lucky Furnicraft perlu melakukan pengadaan material yang tepat dan memilih supplier yang sesuai agar proses produksi berjalan lancar. Permasalahan yang saat ini kerap terjadi adalah tingginya keterlambatan dari bahan baku dan pesanan yang tidak sesuai yang diakibatkan oleh supplier. Untuk itu perusahaan menginginkan agar dapat mereduksi keterlambatan dari bahan baku dan pesanan yang tidak sesuai dengan melakukan evaluasi supplier yang tepat dan memilih supplier yang tepat. Oleh karena itu digunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) untuk proses pemilihan supplier agar lebih objektif. Secara garis besar metode AHP merupakan metode untuk membandingkan kriteria kedalam alternative, semakin besar bobot yang dihasilkan maka semakin utama pula supplier itu terpilih. Dengan metode AHP didapatkan nilai akhir untuk tiap supplier yaitu, Sumber Sulawesi 22,4%, UD. Sahabat 17,4%, Iis Rotan 14,5%, Amelia Rotan 14,1%, Surya Indah 13,4%, Kharisma Rotan 9,6%, dan Anugrah Alam 8,5%.

The company is one of the most important things in a furniture company. CV. Lucky Furnicraft is a furniture company that provides products such as chairs, tables, drawers, etc., which are made of wood and rattan. CV. Lucky Furnicraft needs to procure the right materials and choose the right supplier so that the production process runs smoothly. Problems that currently often occur are delays in raw materials and orders that do not match those caused by suppliers. For this reason, the company wants to be able to reduce delays from raw materials and orders that are not in accordance with evaluating the right supplier and choosing the right supplier. Therefore, the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method is used for the supplier selection process to make it more objective. Broadly speaking, the AHP method is a comparison method for the criteria to be an alternative, the greater the weight generated, the greater the selected main supplier. With the AHP method, the final value for each supplier is, Sumber Sulawesi 22.4%, UD. Sahabat 17.4%, Iis Rattan 14.5%, Amelia Rattan 14.1%, Surya Indah 13.4%, Kharisma Rattan 9.6%, and Anugrah Alam 8.5%.
