ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS PEKERJA DENGAN METODE WORK SAMPLING PADA FILLING SHED I PRODUK PREMIUM PT.PERTAMINA TBBM SEMARANG GROUP

Abstract

PT Pertamina adalah perusahaan BUMN yang bergerak dalam produksi hasil dari minyak bumi terbesar di Indonesia. Berdasarkan laporan produksi PT. Pertamina setiap tahunnya perusahaan ini memproduksi 337.000 Barel/Hari, sehingga dalam hal tersebut dibutuhkan tenaga kerja yang harus mencukupi dalam mengejar target produksi setiap harinya. Saat ini PT. Pertamina telah memiliki jumlah karyawan yaitu sebesar 12 Ribu jiwa sehingga dengan jumlah karyawan sebesar itu diharapkan output produksi dari PT. Pertamina selalu mencapai target dan terjaga produktivitasnya. Dalam hal ini, produktivitas adalah salah faktor utama dalam perusahaan dimana produktivitas nantinya akan berpengaruh kepada dari output produksi. Jika produktivitas meningkat maka output dari produksipun juga akan meningkat begitu pula sebaliknya. PT. Pertamina TBBM Semarang Group adalah bagian dari PT.Pertamina yang berlokasi di semarang dan berfungsi sebagai penyalur BBM di sebagian utara Jawa sehingga produktivitas adalah menjadi hal terpenting dalam setiap aktivitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam menganalisis seberapa besar produktivitas dari filling Shed I produk premium PT. Pertamina TBBM Semarang Group. Hal teresebut digunakan dengan melakukan analisisis melalui metode work sampling, fishbone diagram, dan diagram pareto. Dari ketiga metode tersebut akan didapatkan seberapa besar produktivitas pada perusahaan dan nantinya akan muncul penyebab dari aktivitas tidak produktif yang ada.

[Analysis of Worker Productivity with work sampling method on Filling Shed I Premium Product PT. Pertamina TBBM Semarang Group].PT Pertamina is a state-owned company engaged in the production of the  petroleum products in Indonesia. Based on production report of PT. Pertamina every year the company produces 337,000 barrels / day, so in that case it takes labor  must be sufficient in the pursuit of production targets every day. Currently PT. Pertamina already has the number of employees that is equal to 12 thousands, so with the number of employees of that expected production output from PT. Pertamina always reach the target and maintained its productivity. In this case, productivity is one of the main factors in the company where productivity will affect the output of production. The increases of productivity makes output of production will also increase. PT. Pertamina TBBM Semarang Group is part of PT.Pertamina located in Semarang and serves as a distributor of fuel in northern part of Java so that productivity is the most important thing in every activity. This study aims to analyze how big the productivity of filling Shed I premium product PT. Pertamina TBBM Semarang Group. This is used by performing analysts through work sampling methods, fishbone diagrams, and pareto diagrams. Of the three methods will be obtained how big productivity in the company and later will emerge the cause of unproductive activity available.
