Abstract

CV Mugiharjo merupakan perusahaan di bidang furnitur memiliki masalah mengenai keterlambatan pengiriman kepada konsumen karena terlalu banyak proses inefisien dalam proses produksinya. Selain itu, limbah material padat berbentuk serbuk kayu dan limbah cair hasil pengecatan belum dikelola dengan baik sehingga menyebabkan dampak terhadap lingkungan. Keterlambatan penggajian karena stabilitas keuangan perusahaan yang belum baik berpengaruh pada performansi dan kepuasan pekerja dalam bekerja. Desain perbaikan sustainable manufacturing menggunakan sustainable value stream mapping bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menilai indikator dimensi ekonomi, lingkungan dan sosial di dalam sebuah perusahaan lalu memberikan rekomandasi kepada perusahaan untuk meningkatkan nilai dari setiap indikator. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan terdapat beberapa indikator yaitu dimensi ekonomi yang terdiri efisiensi waktu, efiensi cacat, dan efisiensi inventory dan efisiensi biaya. Dimensi lingkungan terdiri dari indikator efisensi material, efisiensi limbah dan efiensi energi. Dimensi sosial terdiri dari indikator tingkat kepuasan karyawan, tingkat kesehatan karyawan dan tingkat pelatihan karyawan. Sustainable value stream mapping menggambarkan terdapat masalah di beberapa stasiun kerja dan terdapat stasiun kerja kritis yaitu finishing karena waktu proses lama, tingkat cacat tinggi dan efisiensi inventory rendah sehingga diusulkan sebuah desain standar operasional prosedur untuk operator di finishing

 

ABSTRACT

Improved Design to Increase the Value of Sustainability Manufacturing Efficiency Using Sustainable Value Stream Mapping. CV Mugiharjo is a furniture company that has problems regarding delays in delivery to consumers because there are too many inefficient processes in the production process. In addition, solid material waste in the form of wood powder and liquid waste resulting from painting has not been managed properly, causing environmental impacts. Payroll delays due to the company's financial stability that has not been well affected the work performance and satisfaction in the work. The improved design of sustainable manufacturing using sustainable value stream mapping aims to identify and assess indicators of economic, environmental and social dimensions within a company and then provide recommendations to the company to increase the value of each indicator. The results of the study illustrate that there are several indicators, namely the economic dimension which consists of time efficiency, defect efficiency, and inventory efficiency and cost efficiency. Environmental dimensions consist of material efficiency indicators, waste efficiency and energy efficiency. The social dimension consists of indicators of employee satisfaction, employee health and employee training levels. Sustainable value stream mapping illustrates that there are problems in several work stations and there are critical work stations namely finishing work station due to long processing time, high defect rate and low inventory efficiency so that a standard operational procedure design for operators in finishing is proposed.
