HUBUNGAN ANTARA SELF-COMPASSION DENGAN PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING PADA PERAWAT INSTALASI RAWAT INAP RSUD KABUPATEN JOMBANG

Abstract

Psychological well-being adalah keadaan individu dalam mencapai keseimbangan psikis berdasarkan penilaian fungsi positif pada diri individu yang ditandai dengan penerimaan diri, relasi sosial yang positif, tujuan hidup, pengembangan diri, penguasaan lingkungan, dan otonomi. Self-compassion adalah penerimaan terhadap kekurangan pribadi, kesulitan, dan penderitaan yang dialami oleh individu dengan cara memberikan belas kasih dan kebaikan terhadap diri sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-compassion dengan psychological well-being pada perawat instalasi rawat inap RSUD Kabupaten Jombang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 150 perawat dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 105 perawat inap di RSUD Kabupaten Jombang yang didapatkan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala self-compassion (24 aitem valid α=0,882) dan skala psychological well-being (33 aitem valid α=0,887). Hasil analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan koefisien korelasi rxy=0,734 dengan p=0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima, yaitu terdapat hubungan positif antara self-compassion dengan psychological well-being pada perawat instalasi rawat inap RSUD Kabupaten Jombang, dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 53,9%.
