Abstrak

Pertumbuhan pembangkit listrik semakin meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya permintaan energi listrik. Sumber energi yang digunakan untuk membangkitkan listrik hingga  saat ini masih didominasi oleh bahan bakar fosil. Bahan bakar fosil merupakan sumber energi yang tidak dapat diperbaharui dan tidak ramah lingkungan. Mini Hidro merupakan sumber energi terbarukan dan ramah lingkungan yang memiliki potensi untuk menggantikan bahan bakar fosil. Pada penelitian ini dibuat analisa studi kelayakan perencanaan pembangkit listrik tenaga mini hidro yang berlokasi di Kab.Banyumas. Analisa didasarkan pada banyaknya debit air andalan yang terdapat di sungai Logawa Kec.Kedungbanteng. Parameter yang digunakan untuk analisa kelayakan adalah Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Pay Back Period (PBP), Break Event Point (BEP).   Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa debit air sungai Logawa mampu membangkitkan daya minimal sebesar 646 kW. Energi listrik yang dapat dijual ke PT.PLN (Persero) sebesar 592 kWh. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh biaya investasi yang dibutuhkan untuk merealisasikan pembangkit listrik tenaga mini hidro di sungai Logawa sebesar Rp. 14.943.992.745,-. Net Present Value (NPV) = Rp. 3.676.676.096,-, Pay Back Period (PBP) = 3,86 tahun, Break Event Point (BEP) = 7,6 tahun , Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) = 1,12, dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) ) = 13,55%. Hal ini berarti pembangkit listrik tenaga mini hidro layak  untuk direalisasikan.

Abstract

The growth of power plant increased in line with electrical energy demand. Energy sources which were used to generate electricity were still dominated by fossil fuels. Fossil fuels were energy sources that were not renewable and environmentally friendly. In other hand, Mini Hydro was a renewable energy source and environmentally friendly that had the potential to replace fossil fuels. In this final report, it was made the feasibility study analysis of planning a mini hydro power plant located in Banyumas Regency. The analysis was based on the amount of water discharge in the Logawa River Kedungbanteng Sub-Distric. The parameters were used to measure the feasibility analysis were Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Pay Back Period (PBP), Break Event Point (BEP). The results of the research showed that water discharge in the Logawa River was able to generate a minimum energy of 647 kW. The electrical energy which could be sold to PT PLN (Persero) was 592 kWh. Based on the calculations, the cost of the investment required for the realization of a mini hydro power plant on the Logawa River was Rp. 15.729.881.145, -. Net Present Value (NPV) = Rp. 3.022.248.273, -, Pay Back Period (PBP) = 4,01 years, Break Event Point (BEP) = 7.18 years, Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) = 1.10, and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR)) = 13.12%. It meant that the mini-hydro power plant deserved to be realized.
