The data from the study explained that the dean's building of the Faculty of Public Health has not met the lighting standards, the building tends to receive excessive sunlight on the west and east sides but the lighting does not stretch on the building, so that some sides of the building lack lighting which the author can conclude that the intensity of space lighting is influenced by the natural lighting obtained from the opening of each room. The design of sun shaders and sun filters in the form of secondary skin is an effort to minimize excess light that enters and expands openings on the sides of buildings that do not receive sunlight. After the redesign, the lighting intensity on the west and east parts began to decrease and was close to the lighting standard.
