Tekstur sedimen pada stasiun 1 prosentase fraksi lumpur 0,9%, fraksi liat 14,07% dan fraksi pasir 85,03%, stasiun 2 fraksi lumpur 1,13%, fraksi liat 53,16% dan fraksi pasir 45,71% dan pada stasiun 3 fraksi lumpur 1,62 %, fraksi liat 91,19% dan fraksi pasir 7,19%. Kelimpahan relatif tertinggi terdapat pada stasiun 1 yaitu 89 ind/m 3 , kelimpahan relatif terendah terdapat pada stasiun 2 yaitu 43 ind/m 3. Indeks keanekaragaman tertinggi terdapat pada stasiun 1 yaitu 2,5. indeks keanekaragaman terendah terdapat pada stasiun 2 yaitu 2,0. Indeks keseragaman tertinggi terdapat pada stasiun 1 yaitu 0,96 dan indeks keseragaman terendah terdapat pada stasiun 2 yaitu 0,91. Wakak estuaries is frequently used for aquaculture activities, such as building ponds and as sources of income catch for fish, shrimp, etc. The research was aimed to know the organic materials content, Textures of Sediment, Distribution of Abundance Makrozoobenthos, in the Wakak estuary, Kendal. The points of sampling was determined by using Purposive Sampling Method. The highest content of organic matterial in station 3 was 16,2%, and the lowest in station 1 was 1,6%. Percentage of texture of sediment were at station 1; silt fraction was 0.9%, clay fraction 14.07% and sand fraction 85.03%. Percentage of texture of sediment at station 2; silt fraction was 1,13%, clay fraction 53,16% and sand fraction 45,71%. Percentage of texture of sediment at Station 3; silt fraction was 1,62 %, clay fraction 91,19% and sand fraction 7,19%.
