Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei – Juni 2014 menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada tiga stasiun yaitu Stasiun 1 kawasan warung apung, stasiun 2 Karamba Jaring Apung, dan stasiun 3 perairan terbuka. Sampel bakteri disimpan menggunakan botol kaca 500 ml yang sudah di sterilisasi, sedangkan sampel TOM, Nitrat, dan Fosfat disimpan dalam botol sampel 600 ml. Media yang digunakan untuk penumbuhan bakteri adalah agar PCA. Setelah inkubasi 48 jam, koloni bakteri dihitung dengan colony counter . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kandungan bakteri antara 340 - 16.000 CFU/ml, TOM 17,55 – 21,70 mg/l, Nitrat 0,03 – 1,22 mg/l, Fosfat 0,5043 – 10, 8425 mg/l. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, kandungan total bakteri masih dapat ditoleransi karena tidak lebih dari 10 6 CFU/ml. In addition, the restaurants that were floating on the top of the swamp were also attractive to tourists. Many activities that throw waste directly into water, causing swamp productivity decrease. The aim of this study are to know: the total bacteria, Total Organic Matter, Nitrate and Phosphate in the waters of Rowo Jombor. This research was concludid in May - June 2014 using a descriptive method. Samples were taken at three stations. Station 1 is floating stall, station 2 is gradually tapered off web Float (cultivation fish), and station 3 is open waters. Sample of bacteria was stored using glass bottle 500 ml that has been sterilized, while samples of TOM, Nitrate, and phosphate was are stored in samples bottles 600 ml. The results of the study showed that content of bacteria between 340 - 16,000 CFU/ml, TOM 17.55 - 21.70 mg/l, Nitrate 0.03 - 1.22 mg/l, Phosphate 0.5043 - 10, 8425 mg/l.
