Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran fisika dan kimia air berada dalam kondisi normal. Kandungan bahan organik berkisar 0,10 – 0,35% dan prosentase pasir di empat stasiun berkisar 1,90 – 9,42%, lempung berkisar 67,82 – 96,74%, liat berkisar 1,36 – 22,86%. Kelimpahan individu berkisar 386,03 – 1564 ind / m 3 . Indeks keanekaragaman berkisar 0,64 – 1,28. Indeks keseragaman berkisar 0 – 1. Nilai nilai keterkaitan (r) antara tekstur sedimen dengan bahan organik adalah 0,494, tekstur sedimen dengan kelimpahan makrozoobentos 0,679 dan tekstur dengan kelimpahan makrozoobentos 0,474. Hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan dalam kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan linier positif antara tekstur sedimen, dengan bahan organik, bahan organik dengan kelimpahan, dan tekstur sedimen dengan kelimpahan makrozoobentos di Perairan Delta Wulan, Kabupaten Demak. Diversity of macrozoobenthos in a particular marine environment is a reflection of the variation ranges of environmental parameters. Texture sediment and organic material is a factor that affects the abundance of macrozoobenthos. The aim of this study was to determine the content of the sediment texture, organic matter, and the abundance of macrozoobenthos and to know the relation between those parameters. The experiment was conducted in June 2015, in the waters of the Delta Wulan, Demak. The method used was survey method and purposive sampling. Variables examined included: the texture of sediment, organic matter, macrozoobenthos abundance and physical parameters of water chemistry. The results showed that the physical and chemical measurements of water were in normal condition. Organic matter content ranged from 0.10 to 0.35% and the percentage of sand in four stations ranged from 1.90 to 9.42%, silt ranges from 67.82 to 96.74%, clay ranges from 1.36 to 22.86%. Abundance of individuals ranged from 386.03 to 1564 ind / m 3 . Diversity index ranged from 0.64 to 1.28. Uniformity index ranges from 0 - 1. The value of the relationship (r) between the textures of the sediments with organic material was 0.494, sediment with the abundance of macrozoobenthos was 0.679 and texture with abundance of macrozoobenthos 0.474. This means that there was a relationship in the medium category.
