Proses dekomposisi berkaitan dengan jumlah dari bahan organik, rasio C/N dan jumlah total bakteri yang terdapat pada substrat pohon mangrove di wilayah pantai desa Tambakbulusan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sebaran dan kerapatan mangrove Desa Tambakbulusan serta mempelajari hubungan antara kerapatan mangrove dengan rasio C/N dan jumlah total bakteri pada sedimen di kawasan mangrove Desa Tambakbulusan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai Juni 2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode survey yang dilakukan terhadap sekumpulan obyek yang diteliti telah mewakili daerah yang diamati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa vegetasi mangrove Desa Tambakbulusan tersebar dalam 3 blok, blok I seluas 15 ha dengan kerapatan 5859,3 pohon/ha, rasio C/N 21 - 22,5; total bakteri 4,5 x 10 4 Cfu/ml. blok II seluas 12 ha, kerapatan 7292,6 pohon/ha, Rasio C/N 21,5 – 22; total bakteri 7 x 10 4 Cfu/ml – 11,6 x10 4 Cfu/ml. Blok III seluas 3,3 ha, kerapatan 5859,3 pohon/ha, rasio C/N 21 – 21,75; total bakteri 4 x 10 4 – 4,5 x 10 4 Cfu/ml. Nilai C/N dan total bakteri dari ketiga blok mangrove di desa Tambakbulusan tidak berbeda, berdasarkan garis linier pada uji statistik regresi korelasi terdapat kecenderungan bahwa semakin meningkat kerapatan mangrove maka rasio C/N dan total bakteri juga semakin meningkat. Mangrove in Tambakbulusan has an important role as a provider anchoring coastal erosion and and supplier nutrients for coastal area. Growth of mangrove have relation with to the decomposition process of organic material that produced by mangrove leaf litter. The decomposition process related to the amount of organic material, C / N ratio and the total number of bacteria that present on mangrove tree’s substrate in the coastal areas of Tambakbulusan village. This research aims to determine the distribution and density of Tambakbulusan village’s mangrove, learning the connection between the density of mangrove with C / N ratio and the total number of bacteria in the sediment on mangrove areas Tambakbulusan village. This research was conducted in May until June 2015. The method used in this research was survey on a set of objects that represented observed area. The results showed that the mangrove vegetation at Tambakbulusan village spread over 3 blocks, the first block of 15 ha with a density of 5859.3 trees / ha, C / N ratio from 21 to 22.5; total bacteria 4.5 x 104 CFU / ml. Block II of 12 ha, density of 7292.6 trees / ha, C / N ratio from 21.5 to 22; total bacteria 7 x 104 CFU / ml - 11.6 x 104 CFU / ml. Block III area of 3.3 ha, the density of 5859.3 trees / ha, C / N ratio from 21 to 21.75; total bacterial 4 x 104 to 4.5 x 104 CFU / ml.
