Pengaruh Variabel Perceived Usefulness Dan Perceived Ease Of Use Terhadap Behavioral Intention To Use Pada Aplikasi E-Kinerja Di Kementerian Perhubungan: Tinjauan Berdasarkan Pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)
Abstract
The E-Kinerja application is a digital system used to monitor, measure, and assess employee performance electronically. The legal basis for the development of E-Kinerja by the Ministry of Transportation is Circular Letter (SE) No. 18 of 2023 concerning the Use of the E-Kinerja Application within the Ministry of Transportation. This study applies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to analyze employees' perceptions of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of E-Kinerja, which influence the acceptance and adoption of the system. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory approach. By understanding these factors, this study aims to determine employees' interest in using the E-Kinerjaapplication based on their perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, thereby contributing to improving employee performance and organizational effectiveness. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness (X1) has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use (Y). Additionally, perceived ease of use (X2) also positively influences users' intention to adopt the application. Future research could combine quantitative and qualitative methods to provide a more in-depth analysis.
