COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE DALAM PROGRAM SEKOLAH PEREMPUAN CAPAI IMPIAN DAN CITA-CITA (SEKOPER CINTA) DI KELURAHAN MUSTIKASARI KOTA BEKASI
Abstract
The Sekolah Perempuan Capai Impian dan Cita-Cita program is an initiative of the West Java Provincial Government that aims to increase women’s capacity in various aspects, including economy, health, and education. This study aims to determine the extent to which the principles of Collaborative Governance are applied by using Ansell dan Gash’s indicators, namely initial conditions, institutional design, leadership and collaborative processes. As well as describing the things that become drivers and inhibitors by using the 5M theory in the context of management. The research method used is a qualitative-descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results show that the Sekoper Cinta program ini Mustikasari Village has reflected several elements of Collaborative Governance, such as multi-stakeholder involvement, good communication between actors, common understanding, and shared commitment. The Sekoper Cinta program has had a positive impact on participants, especially in terms of increased awareness of women’s rights, entrepreneurial skills, and access to health and education information. However, there are still challenges in the implementation of the Sekoper Cinta program, such as limited resources, the lack of involvement of the private sector, and program sustainability after the program is over.
