ANALISIS HUBUNGAN ANTARA PENCEGAHAN DAN REHABILITASI DENGAN KEBERHASILAN IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENANGGULANGAN HIV/AIDS DI KOTA SEMARANG

Abstract

Semarang City will be the area with the highest HIV/AIDS rate in Central Java in 2022. Various efforts and policies have been carried out by the Semarang City Government, such as VCT (Voluntary Counseling and Testing) services without reducing costs at a number of community health centers which are carried out to detect whether people are taking part. VCT is positive or negative for HIV/AIDS, VCT services are carried out confidentially and voluntarily so there is no need to worry about detecting HIV/AIDS through VCT. This research aims to determine the relationship between prevention and rehabilitation and overcoming HIV/AIDS in Semarang City.The data collection method was carried out through a questionnaire distributed to all health workers in Semarang City. The sample taken was 100 respondents using the Slovin formula. The data obtained was then processed using SPSS version 23 tools. This analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, and Spearman correlation tests.The research results show that prevention has a very weak relationship with HIV/AIDS control in Semarang City. Rehabilitation has a very weak relationship with HIV/AIDS prevention in Semarang City. Prevention and Rehabilitation have a very weak relationship with HIV/AIDS prevention in Semarang City.
