Peran Aktor dalam Kebijakan Percepatan Penurunan Stunting di Kabupaten Rembang
Abstract
Stunting is a linear growth disorder that occurs during pregnancy up to 24 months of age indicating a long-term event and cumulative impact of inadequate nutrition, health, and parenting. The factors that cause stunting come from internal factors and external factors. Stunting has an impact on the quality of human resources in the future. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of actors involved in accelerating stunting reduction. The method used is qualitative descriptive, using data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the primary actors consist of the Health Office and the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Family Planning. Secondary actors consist of the Agriculture and Food Security Office, the National Amil Zakat Agency, the Village Assistance Team, Posyandu Cadres, the Community, and PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. At the implementation stage, several problems were still found related to human resources, egosectoral, communication constraints, and the existence of public trust that caused stunting handling to not run optimally.
