A systematic review without meta-analysis was carried out by collecting research articles from 7 databases, namely ScienceDirect, Scopus, ProQuest, PubMed, JSTOR, SpringerLink, and Google Scholar with a publication period from 2012-2022. Search for articles using the PRISMA Flow Diagram flowchart. Of the 6,735 articles found, there were 14 articles that met the criteria for articles in this study. Based on the results of a review of the 14 selected articles, several risk factors were found that led to increased levels of lead in the blood at the age of children. – these risk factors include age, gender, parental education, parental occupation, socioeconomic level, race/ethnicity, BMI, health insurance, family involvement in recycling activities, old buildings, exposure to dust, makeup exposure, place of residence in industrial areas, residential floors, pica, consuming puffed food, consuming eggs, outdoor activities, bad health habits, playing with dirt, dust and soil, and using decorative cutlery.This review concludes that parental employment is the most influential risk factor for the incidence of lead poisoning in children. }, issn = {2356-3346}, doi = {10.14710/jkm.v13i2.41341}, url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/jkm/article/view/41341} }
