Gambaran Kejadian Ikutan Pasca Imunisasi Vaksin Covid-19 pada Masyarakat di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ngaliyan Kota Semarang

Abstract

Vaccination is one of the efforts to prevent Covid-19 infectious diseases caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The Covid-19 vaccination is organized by the Indonesian government with the aim that the Indonesian people can achieve herd immunity against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. However, Covid-19 vaccination can cause side effects in the form of Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) in some people which depends on the condition of each individual's body. In the people of Semarang City, Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) experienced is usually mild and temporary so that Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) is not reported which causes the absence of Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) data at the Ngaliyan Health Center. This research is purpose to describes Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) that occur due to reactions to various types of Covid-19 vaccines used in the working area of the Ngaliyan Health Center, Semarang City. This researchs using descriptive techniques with quantitative methods using a cross-sectional approach trough questionnaire instrument (googleform) which distributed online. From the collected data, univariate analysis was carried out with the SPSS version 25 software. Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) mostly occur in the age range of 18-25 years.  Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) that are most commonly experienced at dose 1, dose 2, and booster 1 are pain at the injection site. The type of vaccine that provides the most Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) at dose 1 and dose 2 is Sinovac, while in booster 1 is AstraZeneca. Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) that occur a lot are pain at the injection site, drowsiness, fatigue, dizziness, and weakness. While the rare Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) in the form of redness / bluish at the injection site, hand cramps, nausea / vomiting, and shortness of breath.
