Abstract

Every government agency works to accomplish its stated objectives, but these endeavors are ultimately connected to the main purpose of improving employee welfare and developing their potential as important assets to the company. For businesses as well as government agencies, ensuring that workers are very satisfied with their jobs has taken precedence. The purpose of this research is to look at how job satisfaction and organizational culture affect workers' performance in the West Java High Prosecutor's Office. This study uses a quantitative methodology and causality analysis approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 56 employees at the West Java High Prosecutor’s Office. Descriptive analysis and multiple linear analysis are the data analysis techniques used to determine the connection between company culture, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The SPSS 25 program is being used to facilitate this study. The descriptive results indicate that organizational culture, job satisfaction, and employee performance are all in the good category. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that employee performance (Y) is significantly impacted negatively by the organizational culture variable (X1). While employee performance (Y) is significantly positively impacted by the job satisfaction variabel (X2). Simultaneously, at the West Java High Prosecutor’s Office organizational culture and job satisfaction both positively affect employee performance. The results of this study are expected to provide insights for the management of West Java High Prosecutor’s Office to improve performance through managing organizational culture and job satisfaction.

Setiap instansi pemerintahan melakukan aktivitas untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan tapi tidak terlepas dari tujuan utamanya yaitu mensejahterakan dan memajukan kemampuan pegawai sebagai aset perusahaan. Memastikan karyawan memiliki kepuasan tinggi terhadap kinerjanya sudah menjadi prioritas utama setiap perusahaan maupun instansi pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kausalitas dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner kepada 56 karyawan kejaksaan tinggi jawa barat. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis linear berganda untuk menentukan hubungan antara budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dibantu dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian deskripsi menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan berada dalam kategori baik. Analisis regresi linear berganda mengungkapkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dan Variabel Kepuasan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Secara Simultan, Budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Barat. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen kejaksaan tinggi jawa barat dalam meningkatkan kinerja melalui pengelolaan budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja.
