Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Keterlibatan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Karyawan Perumda Air Minum Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang. Populasi yang digunakan karyawan pusat Perumda Air Minum Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang dengan sampel 75 responden. Dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi sederhana, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh baik terhadap keterlibatan kerja, motivasi berpengaruh baik terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap keterlibatan kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, motivasi berpengaruh  positif terhadap kinerja melalui keterlibatan kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja melalui keterlibatan kerja. Motivasi menyumbang 49,725% terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja menyumbang sebesar 54,76% terhadap kinerja karyawan dan keterlibatan kerja 55,20% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, Karyawan Perumda Air Minum Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang disarankan untuk memberikan penghargaan kepada karyawan yang berprestasi, memberikan pujian terhadap karyawan yang baik dalam bekerja dan menyelesaikan pekerjaan tepat waktu.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance with work involvement as an intervening variable in employees of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Moedal Semarang City. The population used central employees of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Moedal Semarang City with a sample of 75 respondents. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a good effect on work involvement, motivation has a good effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect on work involvement, work discipline has a positive effect on performance, motivation has a positive effect on performance through work involvement, and work discipline has a positive effect on performance through work involvement. Motivation contributes 49.725% to employee performance, work discipline contributes 54.76% to employee performance and work involvement 55.20% to employee performance. Based on the results of this study, employees of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Moedal Semarang City are advised to give awards to employees who excel, give praise to employees who are good at work and complete work on time.
