PENGARUH BAKTERI KANDIDAT PROBIOTIK TERHADAP PERUBAHAN KANDUNGAN NUTRIEN C, N, P DAN K MEDIA KULTUR LELE DUMBO (Clarias gariepinus)

Abstract


Pemberian bakteri kandidat probiotik melalui media kultur dapat mempengaruhi kandungan nutrien karbon organik (C), Nitrogen, Phospat, Kalium, pertumbuhan dan kelulushidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan bakteri probiotik terhadap perubahan kandungan nutrien C, N, P, K, pertumbuhan dan kelulushidupan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kultivan lele ukuran 6 ± 0,5 cm dengan rata-rata 2,11 ± 0,5 gr. Kultivan dipelihara dalam baskom bervolume 25 L yang berisi air 20 L dengan kepadatan 20 ekor atau 1 ekor/1 L. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 (empat) perlakuan 3 (tiga) kali ulangan; perlakuan A (kepadatan bakteri 105 sel/mL), B (kepadatan bakteri 106 sel/mL), C (kepadatan bakteri 107 sel/mL), dan D (kepadatan bakteri 108 sel/mL). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan A (105 sel/mL) memberikan perubahan kandungan karbon organik terendah, dan perlakuan C (107 sel/mL) memberikan selisih perubahan kandungan N, P, K, pertumbuhan dan kelulushidupan tertinggi (P<0,05), yaitu kandungan karbon organik (42,02 ± 0,61), N (37,28 ± 0,37), P (80,37 ± 1,96), K (49,50 ± 0,72), SGR (2,58 ± 0,30) dan SR (91,67 + 2,89). Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan bakteri probiotik melalui media kultur lele dengan kepadatan 107 dapat meningkatkan kandungan N, P, K, pertumbuhan dan kelulushidupan, namun masih belum dapat menurunkan kandungan karbon organic dalam media kultur lele dumbo (C. gariepinus)

 

The addition of probiotic bacteria candidates in culture medium able to affect nurient content of the carbon organic (C), N, P, K, growth and Survival Rate. The aim of this research for find out the effect of the addition of probiotic bacteria againts the changes of nutrient content C, N, P, K, growth and Survival Rate of Clarias gariepinus. This research was used Clarias gariepinus seeds with length average of 6 ± 0,5 cm and weight average of 2,11 ± 0,5 gr. The Clarias gariepinus seeds was cultured in the plastic basket of 25 L with total water volume 20 L.  This research was carried out a completely randomized design with the four treatments and three  replication. Those treatments were A (bacterial density 105 sel/mL), B (bacterial density 106 sel/mL), C (bacterial density 107 sel/mL) and D (bacterial density 108 sel/mL). The research result shown that the treatment A(105 sel/mL) gave the lowest results , and the treatment C (107 sel/mL) gave the highest N, P, K content, growth and survival (P<0,05), carbon organic content (42,02 ± 0,61), N (37,28 ± 0,37), P (80,37 ± 1,96), K (49,50 ± 0,72), SGR (2,58 ± 0,30) dan SR (91,67 + 2,89). Based on the result, it can be concluded that the use of probiotic bacteria through cat fish as medium with the density of 107 can increase the content of N, P, K, growth, survival rate, but it still has not been able to decrease the carbon organic in the African catfish culture medium (C. gariepinus).
