The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of culture the addition of chicken manure, tofu waste and tapioca in culture media on biomass production, population and nutrition content of silk worm (Tubifex sp. ). This research was used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replicates, respectively. Chicken manure, tofu waste and tapioca were placed in 12 container plastics with the same size of 50x13x10 cm (0,065m 2 in area). The container was irrigated by circulation water system on discharge 0,35 L/min. The media was stocked by silk worm of 10 gram/container and than cultured during 52 days. The results showed that the addition of chicken manure, tofu waste and tapioca significant effect (P<0,01) on biomass production, population and nutrition content of silk worm (Tubifex sp. ). The treatment B was the highest population value of 21.712,33±753,69 individual/0,065 m 2 . The highest biomass production and nutrition content in the treatment C of 70,65±3,49 gram/0,065 m 2 and 54,49±1,19 %.
