The experimental method was employed in this research with completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of five treatments and three replicates, respectively. The cultrure media used was tap water with fertilyzed by chicken manure of 1.2 g/L. Those treatments were fermented feed inoculaion of 1.2 g/L rice bran and 0 g/L coconut cake (A), 0.9 g/L rice bran and 0.3 g/L coconut cake (B), 0.6 g/L rice bran and 0.6 g /L coconut cake (C), 0.3 g/L rice bran and 0.9 g/L coconut cake (D), and 0 g/L rice bran and 1.2 g/L coconut cake (E). This research results showed that the addition of organic manures, rice bran, and coconut cake through fermentation probiotics significantly different on the pattern of growth and biomass production of Daphnia sp. E treatment was given the best result with value (k)(0.26±0.01), the highest population (1888.89±70.71), death phase(1518.52±11.66), and the result of biomass production (158.5 mg/L).
