PENGUKURAN DAN EVALUASI KINERJA SUPPLY CHAIN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN BALANCED SCORECARD-ANALYTICAL NETWORK PROCESS (BSC-ANP) DI PT. MADUBARU YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Industri di bidang produksi gula merupakan industri yang menjanjikan, karena gula merupakan salah satu bahan pokok dalam kebutuhan manusia sehari-hari. Namun, seiring berjalannya waktu semakin banyak industri penghasil gula di Indonesia. Dalam menghadapi persaingan, perusahaan dituntut untuk menghasilkan produk yang lebih baik, lebih murah dan lebih cepat dibandingkan pesaing. Faktor utama yang perlu diperhatikan adalah peran supply chain perusahaan. PT. Madubaru merupakan perusahaan yang produk utamanya adalah gula. Kondisi rantai pasok di PT. Madubaru kurang efisien, ditinjau dari aspek pemasok, konsumen dan biayanya. Oleh karena itu perlu diperlukan adanya suatu pengukuran kinerja supply chain untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi sistem kinerja rantai pasok di PT. Madubaru untuk periode yang akan datang. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok menggunakan metode balanced scorecard karena mencakup 4 perspektif, yaitu finansial, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal serta pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan pembobotan dengan Analytical Network Process (ANP) untuk menentukan prioritas perbaikan pada rantai pasok perusahaan. Hasil pembobotan menunjukan perspektif yang memiliki bobot terbesar dan menjadi fokus utama perbaikan rantai pasok adalah perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran, dengan bobot sebesar 0,2907, sedangkan hasil pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok keseluruhan PT. Madubaru adalah sebesar 70,266%. Rekomendasi yang diberikan pada penelitian ini fokus pada supplier tebu.

ABSTRACT

                Industry on the production of sugar is a promising industry, because sugar is one of the most important daily needs in human everyday life. However, as time goes by, there are more industry which produce sugar in Indonesia. In the face of competition, the company is required to produce a better, cheaper and faster product than the competitors. The main factor to consider is the role of the company’s supply chain. PT. Madubaru is the company whose main product is sugar. The condition of supply chain in PT. Madubaru is not efficient, in terms of supplier aspect, customer aspect, and cost aspect. Therefore, the company needs the performance measurement of supply chain in order to determine and evaluate the performance of supply chain system in PT. Madubaru for the future periods. The measurement of supply chain performance is using balanced scorecard method, because it covers four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth. In this study also do computation of  the weight using Analytical Network Process (ANP) to determine the priority of the company’s supply chain improvement. The result of weight shows the main focus of supply chain improvement is on learning and growth perspective, with a weight of 0,2907. Whereas the result of the overall supply chain performance measurement of PT. Madubaru is 70,266%. Recommendations contain in this study are focus on sugarcane suppliers.
