ANALISIS PENYEBAB KELELAHAN OPERATOR Haul Dumptruck (HD) (Studi Kasus di PT X Rantau Nangka Kalimantan Selatan)

Abstract

PT X Rantau Nangka Kalimantan Selatan adalah pelaksanaan penambangan batubara mulai dari tahap eksplorasi, eksploitasi, transportasi hingga pelaksanaan reklamasi tambang. Kegiatan tambang tersebut memiliki potensi bahaya dan resiko terjadinya kecelakaan yang disebabkan oleh kelelahan yang dapat menyebabkan berbagai kerugian asset, hilangnya nyawa dan kerugian lainnya. Untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kelelahan operator haul dumptruck (HD), faktor apa saja yang menjadi penyebab terhadap tingkat kelelahan operator HD, mengetahui pengaruh durasi mengemudi, kuantitas tidur, beban kerja mental, waktu, status perkawinan, usia dan masa kerja dengan tingkat kelelahan Operator HD PT X Rantau Nangka Kalimantan Selatan dan memberikan usulan rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kelelahan kerja maka dilakukan penelitian ini. Dari hasil pengukuran tingkat kelelahan menggunakan skor kuesioner Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS) didapatkan skor sebesar 45 – 56, menunjukkan gambaran tingkat kelelahan yang dirasakan oleh operator HD cukup tinggi. Faktor penyebab yang berpengaruh dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor kuantitas tidur, beban mental kerja dan waktu. Sedangkan variabel status perkawinan, usia dan masa kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kelelahan operator. Untuk faktor durasi mengemudi, variabel tersebut memiliki korelasi dengan variabel waktu sehingga tidak dimasukkan kedalam model. Dari hasil pengolahan uji regresi linier berganda variabel Kuantitas tidur memiliki koefisien negatif sedangkan variabel beban mental kerja dan waktu positif. Usulan rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukan PT X Rantau Nangka Kalimantan Selatan adalah dengan mengubah daya tampung kamar operator, memanajemen para operator HD untuk Pengendalian Stress di dalam lingkungan Kerja dan mengurangi lama waktu bekerja operator HD

ABSTRACT

PT X Rantau Nangka South of Kalimantan is the implementation of coal mining from exploration, exploitation, transportation to execution of mine reclamation. The mining activity has the potential dangers and risks of accidents are caused by fatigue that can lead to a variety of asset loss, loss of life and other damages. To determine the level of operator fatigue HD picture, what are the factors that cause the HD operator fatigue, determine the effect of duration of driving, the quantity of sleep, mental workload, time, marital status, age and years of service with operator fatigue level HD PT X Rantau Nangka South of Kalimantan and propose recommendations that can be done to improve the fatigue of this research. From the results of measuring the level of fatigue using the Fatigue Severity Scale questionnaire score (FSS) obtained a score of 45-56, shows a picture of the level of fatigue that is felt by the operator HD is quite high. Causal factors influencing factors in this study is the quantity of sleep, the mental burden of work and time. While the variable marital status, age and years of service do not affect the level of operator fatigue. For the duration of the driving factors, these variables have a correlation with variable time so not included in the model. From the processing of multiple linear regression, the negative coefficient is quantity of sleep meanwhile the positive coefficient is mental workload and time. Proposed recommendations to do PT X Rantau Nangka South of Kalimantan is the capacity to change room operators, managing the operator HD to Control Stress in the Workplace environment and reducing the length of time worked operator HD.
