Untuk menangani hal tersebut, peneliti mengusulkan perencanaan kegiatan maintenance pada PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk Divisi Noodle Cabang Semarang menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance II (RCM II). Melalui metode ini diperoleh identifikasi kegagalan, prioritas resiko kegagalan, menentukan kegiatan perawatan yang sesuai dengan memperhatikan konsekuensi kegagalan serta interval perawatan optimal berdasarkan kriteria nilai reliability . Proses penentuan interval perawatan dalam penelitian ini memanfaatkan software Weibull ++9. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kebijakan scheduled discard task digunakan untuk menghadapi modus timing belt 510 putus dengan interval penggantian komponen 1002 jam dan oil filter kotor dengan interval penggantian komponen 2289 jam, sedangkan kebijakan on condition task digunakan pada modus tutup fryer patah dan mangkok fryer patah dengan interval pemeriksaan kondisi komponen masing-masing 1 minggu. The problem faced by this company is the disruption of the production process which caused by engine components that do not function properly , so that the company is increasing the level of downtime during the last three year s . To handle this, the researchers propose a planning of maintenance activities on PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Noodle Division Semarang Branch using method Reliability Centered Maintenance II (RCM II ). By this method , we can obtained identification of failure , the risk priority of failure , determine the appropriate treatment activities with due regard to the consequences of failure and the optimal maintenance interval based on the criteria of reliability values . The process of determining maintenance intervals in this study is obtained by using the Weibull + +9 software . Based on the results of this research , policy scheduled discard task is used to deal with the failure mode timing belt 510 broke n with component replacement intervals 1002 hours and oil filter dirty with component replacement intervals 2289 hours .
