ANALISIS PENGUKURAN KINERJA PRODUKSI MENGGUNAKAN METODE SINK’S SEVEN PERFORMANCE CRITERIA PADA DEPARTEMEN PRODUKSI MESIN PS60 PT. GENERAL ELECTRIC INDONESIA

Abstract

PT General Electric Lighting yang memiliki departemen produksi yang bertugas mengevaluasi hasil produksi apakah telah memenuhi produktivitas yang merupakan standar yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan, tetapi selama ini penilaian kinerja hanya melihat dari hasil output yang dikeluarkan, tidak melakukan indeks pengukuran kinerja lainnya yang menyebabkan menurunnya produktivitas. Setiap bulannya perusahaan juga mengalami produktivitas yang kurang baik, akibatnya perusahaan harus melakukan produksi tambahan untuk mencukupi target 95% yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Dampak yang terjadi dengan adanya penurunan produktivitas bagi perusahaan adalah penambahan jam kerja, biaya, material, energi dan sumber daya lainnya, dampak ini dipengaruhi oleh efisiensi, efektivitas dan kualitas dalam proses pembentukan produk Incandescent,serta mempengaruhi profitabilitas dari produk tersebut karena harus memenuhi biaya tambahan akibat pembuatan produk tambahan untuk memenuhi target 95%. Maka digunakan metode Sink’s Seven Performance Criteria  untuk merancang sistem pengukuran kinerja,  sedangkan  alat pengukurannya menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Snorm de Boer. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan kritera kritis yaitu, pencapaian output yang tidak sesuai standar, pencapaian Bad Product yang tinggi, improvement oleh dept R&D yang tidak maksimal, training karyawan yang tidak sesuai target dan kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi.

ABSTRACT

PT General Electric Lighting which has a production department that is evaluating if the production raise the company’s productivity standards, but so far the company’s only seen the performance assessment by the output results, not from another performance measurement index which causes decreased productivity. Each month the company also experienced poor productivity, as a result the company must perform additional production to raise the 95% target that has been set by the company to meet the needs of consumers. The impact that occurs with a decrease in productivity for the company is an added of hours, work, cost, materials, energy, and other resources This impact is influenced by the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality on the process, as well as affect the profitability of these products because they have to added some additional costs due to raised the target of 95%. So we used the Sink's Seven Performance Criteria Method for designing performance measurement systems, whereas the measurement tool using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Snorm de Boer. The results of this study is to get a critical criteria, namely, the achievement of non-standard product, high achievement of bad product, improvement by R & D department is not optimal, training of employees who are not on target and high work accident .
