Perbaikan Postur Kerja Untuk Mengurangi Keluhan Musculoskeletal Dengan Menggunakan Ovako Work Analysis System (OWAS) Pada CV. Java Comaco Prima

Abstract

CV. Java Comaco Prima merupakan usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang pengolahan kelapa. Pada saat melakukan studi pendahuluan di lapangan, ditemukan beberapa penyebab timbulnya keluhan Musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs). Keluhan paling banyak ditemukan pada proses produksi pembuatan nata de coco karena hampir semua proses produksi dilakukan secara manual. Bagian postur tubuh yang paling dominan menimbulkan sakit pada pekerja adalah pada bagian punggung dan kaki. Pada posisi punggung timbul keluhan musculoskeletal karena pada saat bekerja posisi punggung membungkuk dan punggung ditekuk memutar. Pada kaki terlihat pekerja bekerja dengan cara jongkok dan kedua kaki ditekuk sehingga timbul keluhan musculoskeletal.

Metode Ovako Work Analysis System (OWAS) untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis sikap kerja para pekerja CV. Java Comaco Prima. Nilai OWAS sebelum perbaikan yang mendapat kategori 1 yaitu pada postur bagian perebusan air kelapa awal,  postur bagian penuangan ke dalam botol, postur bagian penuangan air rebusan kelapa ke wadah dan postur bagian menghilangkan kulit ari nata de coco. Kategori 2 yaitu pada postur bagian perebusan air kelapa akhir, postur bagian panen dan bagian pemotongan nata de coco. Kategori 3 yaitu pada postur bagian packing dan kategori 4 yaitu pada postur bagian melakukan pembibitan awal dan pembibitan akhir. Setelah melakukan perbaikan fasilitas kerja maka didapat nilai owas untuk keseluruhan postur mendapatkan nilai kategori 1.

CV . Java Comaco Prima is a business in the sector processing of coconut . At the time of preliminary studies in the field, there are some cause of complaint Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The Complaint mostly found in the production process of making nata de coco because almost all production done by hand. The most dominant posture cause pain on workers is on the back and legs. On the dorsal position arising complaint musculoskeletal because during the working position back bent and back bent twist. On the visible workers work with a squat and both legs bent so as to arise musculoskeletal complaints.

This study use Ovako Work Analysis System (OWAS) methods to identify and analyze the attitude of workers CV. Prima Java Comaco. OWAS value before repairs are received first category  is the posture of the early part of the coconut water boiling, posture pouring into the bottle parts, posture parts boiled water pouring oil into the container and removes parts posture nata de coco husk. The second category is on posture final part coconut water boiling, posture parts harvesting and cutting nata de coco. Third category is the posture of the packing and fourth category is the posture sections when the first and end seeding. After doing repair work facilities owas the value obtained for the overall posture category scores 1.
