Berdasarkan hasil klasifikasi tersebut, dirumuskan strategi pengadaan yang tepat untuk masing-masing kuadran, termasuk jenis kontrak kerja sama yang disarankan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SPM dapat membantu perusahaan dalam merancang strategi pengadaan yang lebih efisien, mengurangi risiko ketergantungan pada supplier, dan meningkatkan efektivitas hubungan kerja sama. Abstract This research was conducted at PT XYZ with the objective of analyzing materials procurement strategies using the Supply Positioning Model (SPM). SPM classifies into four quadrants based on two main dimensions: supply risk and purchase value. By classifying 43 types of parts from 15 low-performing suppliers, it was found that 21 materials fall into the routine quadrant, 18 into the leverage quadrant, 2 into the bottleneck quadrant, and 2 into the critical quadrant. Based on this classification, appropriate procurement strategies were developed for each quadrant, including recommended contract types. The results indicate that the application of SPM can assist companies in designing more efficient procurement strategies, reducing dependency risks, and enhancing supplier relationship effectiveness.
