Perkembangan industri yang cepat di era 5.0 mendorong perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas rantai pasoknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok di PT XYZ menggunakan pendekatan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) yang dipadukan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Model SCOR digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi proses bisnis utama yaitu Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, dan Return serta atribut kinerja seperti Reliability, Responsiveness, dan Agility. Sementara AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot prioritas dari tiap indikator kinerja (KPI). Proses normalisasi dilakukan dengan metode Snorm de Boer untuk menyamakan skala penilaian. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan nilai kinerja akhir sebesar 82,449 yang tergolong dalam kategori “Good”. Meskipun demikian, terdapat indikator dengan skor rendah, yaitu presentase perubahan jadwal pesanan atau pengiriman part. Oleh karena itu, disarankan perbaikan seperti optimalisasi manajemen persediaan, peningkatan hubungan dengan pemasok, serta penggunaan sistem ERP untuk integrasi data dan perencanaan yang lebih akurat. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis untuk peningkatan performa rantai pasok perusahaan.

Abstract

[Measurement Of Supply Chain Performance Using Supply Chain Operation Reference (Scor) And Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Methods (Case Study: PT XYZ)] The rapid development of industry in the era of Industry 5.0 encourages companies to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their supply chains. This study aims to measure the supply chain performance at PT XYZ using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) approach combined with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The SCOR model is employed to identify the main business processes—Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return—along with performance attributes such as Reliability, Responsiveness, and Agility. AHP is used to determine the priority weights of each Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Normalization is conducted using the Snorm de Boer method to standardize the scoring scale. The results indicate a final performance score of 82.449, categorized as "Good." However, one KPI, the percentage of changes in order or delivery schedules, scored relatively low. Therefore, improvements are recommended, including inventory management optimization, enhanced supplier relationships, and the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for better data integration and planning accuracy. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a strategic reference for improving the company’s supply chain performance.
