ANALISIS PENGUKURAN KINERJA SUPPLY CHAIN PADA BAGIAN PRODUKSI SIM CARD PT XYZ DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATION REFERENCES (SCOR) DAN ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP)

PT. PT XYZ harus memastikan kebutuhan SIM Card nasional terpenuhi dengan baik. Dalam proses bisnisnya terdapat proses supply chain yang harus dioptimalkan performanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktpr masalah, memberikan bobot prioritas, dam memberikan saran terhadap kinerja supply chain perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operation Refernces (SCOR) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) serta dengan metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan dari metode yang digunakan, PT XYZ mendapatkan nilai 90,155 dengan indikator kinerja excellent. Akan tetapi, untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja supply chain pad perusahaan diperlukan perbaikan pada indikator P2 yaitu tingkat kesesuaian biaya yang mendapatkan nilai normalisasi 70 dengan indikator kinerja adalah avarage. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk melakukan beberapa perbaikan seperti melakukan peninjauan kembali proyeksi keuangan untuk mengantisipasi lonjakan permintaan, menggunankan sistem otomasi untuk mengatur persediaan, dan mengevaluasi proses produksi sehingga biaya yang ditentukan sesuai dengan yang sudah diproyeksikan.

Abstract

PT. PT XYZ must ensure that national SIM card needs are met properly. In the business process, there is a supply chain process whose performance must be optimized. This research aims to identify problem facts, give priority weights, and provide suggestions for the company's supply chain performance. The methods used are Supply Chain Operation Refernces (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as well as qualitative methods. Based on the results obtained from the method used, PT XYZ received a score of 90.155 with excellent performance indicators. However, to optimize the performance of the company's supply chain, improvements are needed in the P2 indicator, namely the level of cost suitability which gets a normalized value of 70 with the performance indicator being avarage. Therefore, it is recommended to make several improvements such as reviewing financial projections to anticipate spikes in demand, using an automation system to manage inventory, and evaluating the production process so that the determined costs are in line with those projected.
