Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencegah risiko bahaya yang terjadi pada service pompa dengan menggunakan Metode Job Safety Analysis. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengamatan langsung, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner penilaian risiko dengan nilai likelihood dan severity. Setelah dihitung likelihood index (LI) dan severity index (SI), terdapat 6 risiko extreme, 21 risiko high, dan 7 risiko moderate. Nilai LI dan SI tertinggi yaitu sebesar 100% pada kelelahan fisik akibat alat terlalu kompleks dan 91% pada tertular virus covid. Sedangkan nilai LI dan SI terendah yaitu 4% pada cedera kaki tertimpa pipa reser dan 22% pada kelelahan kerja. Kemudian dari risiko bahaya kerja tersebut akan disusun usulan perbaikan setiap langkah pekerjaan menggunakan hierarki pengendalian. Kata kunci: Upaya Pencegahan, Bahaya Kerja, JSA. One of the field jobs at PDAM Sragen is pump service, where the work is related to heavy objects. Thus, intensive supervision is needed in the process, especially in the fields of ergonomics and K3. This research was conducted to prevent the risk of hazards that occur in service pumps by using the Job Safety Analysis Method. The research was conducted by direct observation, interviews, and distribution of risk assessment questionnaires with likelihood and severity values. After calculating the likelihood index (LI) and severity index (SI), there are 6 extreme risks, 21 high risks, and 7 moderate risks. The highest LI and SI values are 100% in physical fatigue due to too complex tools and 91% in contracting the covid virus. While the lowest LI and SI values were 4% in foot injuries from being hit by a reservoir pipe and 22% in work fatigue. Then from the occupational hazard risks, recommendations for improvement of each work step will be prepared using a control hierarchy.
