EVALUASI KINERJA SUPPLY CHAIN DENGAN PENDEKATAN SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS REFERENCE (SCOR) MODEL DAN ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) PADA PT GEMILANG MAJU TEXINDOTAMA

PT Gemilang Maju Texindotama (GMT) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri tekstil dan produk tekstil (TPT). Dalam berjalannya kelangsungan rantai pasok perusahaan, PT GMT menghadapi beberapa masalah internal ataupun eksternal Dalam hal ini pihak GMT belum menentukan prioritas dari permasalahan yang harus diselesaikan terlebih dahulu. Langkah yang dapat dilakukan adalah mengevaluasi kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan secara berkala agar dapat mengetahui dan menentukan prioritas pada aspek manakah yang perlu ditingkatkan lebih lagi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dari rantai pasok perusahaan dan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam menentukan bobot dari setiap level dari SCOR Model, mulai dari proses bisnis, atribut, dan Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui hasil dari perhitungan kinerja rantai pasok PT GMT sebesar 88,585, dimana skor tersebut termasuk ke dalam kategori ‘Good’. Walaupun termasuk dalam kategori baik, masih terdapat indikator kinerja yang termasuk ke dalam kategori ‘Average’, dimana indikator tersebut sebaiknya dibenahi agar kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan dapat menjadi lebih baik.

[EVALUATION OF SUPPLY CHAIN PERFORMANCE WITH THE SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS REFERENCE (SCOR) MODEL APPROACH AND ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) AT PT GEMILANG MAJU TEXINDOTAMA] PT Gemilang Maju Texindotama (GMT) is a company engaged in the textile and textile products (TPT) industry. In the continuity of the company's supply chain, PT GMT faces several internal or external problems. In this case, the GMT has not prioritized the problems that must be resolved first. The step that can be taken is to evaluate the company's supply chain performance periodically in order to find out and prioritize which aspects need to be improved more. This research uses the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) method to evaluate the performance of the company's supply chain and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in determining the weight of each level of the SCOR Model, starting from business processes, attributes, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Based on the results of the study, it is known that the result of the calculation of PT GMT's supply chain performance is 88.585, where the score is included in the 'Good' category. Although included in the good category, there are still several performance indicators that fall into the ‘Average’ category that needed immediate improvement to increase company’s supply chain performances level.
