Pelaksanaan evaluasi layanan RBTI diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan departemen yang tercantum di salah satu misinya untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas, komitmen mutu, dan profesionalisme. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi layanan RBTI sebelumnya. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai kajian evaluasi layanan RBTI. Integrasi metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Kano digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi layanan RBTI serta mengetahui prioritas layanan yang memerlukan perbaikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan 12 atribut layanan yang masuk dalam strategi prioritas perbaikan dengan urutan atribut LP4 masuk kategori Fatal, atribut IC3, IC6, dan IC7 masuk kategori Defenceless Strategic Point, atribut AS2, AS9, IC5, IC8, dan LP5 masuk kategori Defenceless Zone, serta atribut IC2, IC4, dan LP1 masuk kategori Rough Stone. Rekomendasi perbaikan untuk atribut-atribut tersebut antara lain penyediaan meja dan kursi beserta kontak listrik, penyesuaian koleksi cetak dengan kebutuhan pengguna, pemanfaatan OPAC, penataan koleksi sesuai klasifikasi bentuk fisik, tujuan, serta subjek bacaan, pemberian pelatihan petugas tentang komunikasi interpersonal dan penanganan masalah, penyediaan wifi khusus ruang RBTI, pengadaan layanan referensi, pemanfaatan SLiMS, dan pengadaan media komunikasi poster yang berisi pesan motivasi untuk belajar. In order to establish high quality of higher education, it needs to be supported by essential educational facility such as library. RBTI (Ruang Baca Teknik Industri) is a library located in the Department of Industrial Engineering, Diponegoro University as a facility to support its educational services. The implementation of RBTI service evaluation is necessary to achieve the department's objectives as stated in one of its missions to improve accountability, quality commitment, and professionalism. However, in its implementation, there has not been done a service evaluation for RBTI before. Thus, this research aims to be an evaluation study of RBTI services. The integration of the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Kano methods is used in this research to evaluate services and determine priorities of services which needs improvement. Based on the research’s results, it is found that 12 service attributes are included in the improvement priority strategy with the priority orders are attribute LP4 being in the Fatal category, attributes IC3, IC6, and IC7 being in the Defenseless Strategic Point category, attributes AS2, AS9, IC5, IC8, and LP5 being in the Defenseless Zone category, and attributes IC2, IC4, and LP1 being in the Rough Stone category. Recommendations of improvement for these attributes are providing tables and chairs along with electrical sockets, adjusting printed collections to user needs, utilizing OPAC, arranging collections according to physical, purpose, and subject classification, providing staff training on interpersonal communication and problem solving, providing wifi for RBTI, providing reference services, utilizing SLiMS, and providing poster as communication media containing motivational messages for learning.
