Abstrak

Ergonomi merupakan penerapan ilmu yang mempelajari interaksi antara manusia dan lingkungannya
untuk menciptakan kenyamanan dan keselamatan kerja. Keselamatan dan kenyamanan pekerja adalah
aspek fundamental yang harus diprioritaskan, karena pekerja adalah elemen utama dalam sebuah
perusahaan. Upaya keselamatan kerja harus dilakukan secara preventif untuk mengurangi risiko
cedera dan kecelakaan. Namun, banyak perusahaan masih mengabaikan pentingnya langkah
pencegahan, baik dari sisi pekerjaan maupun lingkungan kerja. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan ini,
metode Ergonomi Checklist dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kondisi kerja
serta lingkungan kerja berdasarkan prinsip ergonomi. Metode ini bertujuan untuk menemukan potensi
bahaya dan memberikan usulan perbaikan pada aspek ergonomi yang belum optimal. Hasil analisis
ilmiah menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, mengurangi
kelelahan, dan menurunkan tingkat kecelakaan kerja secara signifikan. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang
diperoleh nantinya disampaikan kepada perusahaan untuk diimplementasikan, dengan harapan
produktivitas meningkat seiring dengan terjaminnya keselamatan dan kenyamanan pekerja, serta
lingkungan kerja yang lebih sehat dan aman.

[Title: Analysis of Work Environment (Office) and Human Resources Using The Ergonomic
Checklist Method (Case Study: PT Pertamina Lubricants General Affairs Function)] Ergonomics is
the application of science that studies the interaction between humans and their environment to create
workplace comfort and safety. Worker safety and comfort are fundamental aspects that must be
prioritized, as workers are the key elements in a company. Workplace safety efforts should be carried
out preventively to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. However, many companies still neglect the
importance of preventive measures, both in terms of work and the work environment. To address this
issue, the Ergonomics Checklist method can be used to identify and analyze working conditions and the
work environment based on ergonomic principles. This method aims to identify potential hazards and
propose improvements for under-optimized ergonomic aspects. Scientific analysis results show that
applying this method can significantly improve work efficiency, reduce fatigue, and lower workplace
accident rates. The resulting improvement recommendations will be provided to the company for
implementation, with the expectation that productivity will increase alongside the assurance of worker
safety and comfort, as well as a healthier and safer work environment.
