Penelitian ini mengasilkan beberapa usulan perbaikan diantaranya pengembangan skill untuk petugas yang melakukan pemeliharaan mesin, petugas dapat melakukan pengecekan pemeliharaan mesin secara berkala, serta petugas dapat tetap menjaga kebersihan lingkungan di sekitar mesin pompa. Kata Kunci: kualitas; pompa air baku; failure mode and effect analysis; risk priority number Abstract [Analysis of the Use of FMEA in Identifying The Risk of Failure The Production Process in PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya] PDAM Surya Sembada has a raw water production output plan that has not met the 2022 raw water production target and there has been a significant increase in the number of failures in the raw water production process. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the causes of the failure of the production process in raw water pumps, one of the methods used to anticipate problems is to use the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method. This research resulted in several suggestions for improvement including skill development for officers who carry out engine maintenance, officers can check engine maintenance regularly, and officers can maintain the cleanliness of the environment around the pumping machine.
