Sandang Asia Maju Abadi merupakan industri garmen besar yang menerapkan sistem Make to Order (MTO) yang melakukan ekspor ke lima benua dengan fasilitas manufaktur modern di Asia Tenggara, sebagai perusahaan yang menerapkan Make to Order (MTO) pelanggan memiliki hak untuk memesan produk sesuai keinginan mereka, sehingga pemenuhan kebutuhuhan pelanggan menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan, perusahaan harus menjamin produk sesuai dengan standar dari pelanggan. Diperlukan analisis terhadap proses bisnis dan produksi perusahaan terhadap alur rantai pasok sehingga dapat dilakukan penilaian kinerja dan mengidentifikasi bagian untuk diperbaiki. Pada penelitian ini pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan Key Performance Indicator dan pembobotan terhadap indikator kinerja. Hasil pengukuran didapatkan bahwa indikator ketepatan waktu pengiriman (S2) diperlukan evaluasi lebih lanjut, dilakukan rekomendasi perbaikan secara internal dan eksternal perusahaan sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam memenuhi permintaan dari pelanggan. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Rantai Pasok, Supply Chain Operation Reference, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Peningkatan Kualitas, Kepuasan Konsumen, Indikator Kinerja Utama Abstract [Analysis of Performance Improvement in the Garment Industry Supply Chain using the Supply Chain Operation Reference and Analytical Hierarchy Process (SCOR-AHP) Method] In the industrial sector, the supply chain is a vital aspect that needs to be considered in determining the success of a company, because it affects all production activities of the company. PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi is a large garment industry that implements a Make to Order (MTO) system that exports to five continents with modern manufacturing facilities in Southeast Asia, as a company implementing Make to Order (MTO) customers have the right to order products as they wish, so that meeting customer needs is a very important thing to note, the company must guarantee that the product meets the standards of the customer. An analysis of the company's business and production processes is needed for the supply chain flow so that performance assessments can be carried out and identifying parts for improvement. In this study the measurements were carried out using the method Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) andAnalytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine Key Performance Indicator and weighting of performance indicators.
