PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi pelumas. Dalam beberapa bulan terakhir, kinerja supplier bahan baku kemasan jenis botol regular dinilai belum stabil. Keterlambatan maupun kedatangan lebih awal pada proses pengiriman dan ketidaksesuaian kualitas material kemasan jenis botol regular yang mengakibatkan bahan baku tidak dapat masuk ke gudang dapat menghambat proses produksi. Dalam melakukan pengadaan kemasan jenis botol regular PT. XYZ menjalin kerjasama dengan empat supplier yaitu, PT. A, PT. B, PT. C, dan PT. D. Untuk memantau kinerja supplier, dilakukan proses pengevaluasian kinerja supplier setiap bulannya oleh divisi logistik dan tim Quality Control. Penilaian kinerja supplier dinilai mulai tidak efektif dan relevan yang mengakibatkan kuota pemesanan kepada supplier tidak sesuai dengan kapabilitas supplier dalam memenuhi keinginan dan kebutuhan supplier. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi ulang kinerja supplier pada proses pengiriman kemasan jenis botol regular dengan beberapa kriteria baru dan memperhatikan bobot dan prioritas setiap kriteria yang diharapkan dapat ditentukan supplier mana yang dapat diprioritaskan oleh perusahaan.

Abstract [Title: Evaluation Of Regular Bottle Packaging Supplier Selection Using The Analytical Hierarchy Process (Ahp) Method (Case Study: PT. XYZ)] PT. XYZ, is a manufacturing company that produces lubricants. In recent months, the performance of suppliers providing packaging raw materials, specifically regular bottle types, has been deemed unstable. Delays or early arrivals in the delivery process and discrepancies in the quality of regular bottle packaging materials have resulted in the raw materials being unable to enter the warehouse, thus impeding the production process. To procure regular bottle packaging, PT. XYZ, has established collaborations with four suppliers: PT. A, PT. B, PT. C, and PT. D. In order to monitor supplier performance, a monthly supplier performance evaluation process is conducted by the logistics division and the Quality Control team. The assessment of supplier performance has been deemed ineffective and irrelevant, resulting in the ordering quotas not aligning with the suppliers' capabilities to meet the company's desires and needs. Therefore, a reassessment of supplier performance is necessary in the regular bottle packaging delivery process, introducing new criteria and considering the weight and priority of each criterion. This is expected to help determine which supplier can be prioritized by the company.
