USULAN PERANCANGAN METODE EVALUASI KINERJA SUPPLIER KEMASAN DENGAN PENGGABUNGAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) DAN PROMETHEE (Studi Kasus pada PT Nyonya Meneer)

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi krtiteria yang dapat digunakan PT Nyonya Meneer dalam mengevaluasi kinerja supplier. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode AHP untuk mendapatkan bobot kriteria maupun subkriterianya. Sedangkan Metode PROMETHEE digunakan untuk memberikan usulan cara penilaian dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja supplier terbaik dengan cara merangking beberapa alternatif yang ada. Lalu melakukan evaluasi kinerja terhadap pemasok selama ini dan melakukan usulan perbaikan dalam peningkatan kinerja pemasok. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat 6 kriteria serta 4 sub-kriteria yang berpengaruh terhadap evaluasi kinerja supplier. Bobot pada kriteria evaluasi kinerja supplier adalah Harga (0,274), Kualitas (0,258), Proses Klaim dan Jaminan (0,173), Pengiriman (0,150), Fleksibilitas (0,087) dan Sistem Komunikasi dan Pertukaran Informasi (0,058). Untuk model evaluasi kinerja supplier baru didapatkan 3 supplier dalam penilaian lolos evaluasi dengan menunjukkan performansi baik, dan 2 supplier dalam penilaian lolos evaluasi dengan menunjukkan performansi sedang. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dari metode Promethee adalah sebagai berikut supplier PT C dengan nilai net flow (Phi) sebesar 0,2412, Supplier PT A dengan nilai net flow (Phi) sebesar 0,0528, supplier PT B dengan nilai net flow (Phi) sebesar 0,0403, supplier PT D dengan nilai net flow (Phi) sebesar -0,0034 dan Supplier PT E dengan nilai net flow (Phi) sebesar -0,3309. 

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to identify the criteria that can be used PT Nyonya Meneer in evaluating supplier performance. This study uses AHP method to get the weight of criteria and sub-criteria. While the PROMETHEE method is used to give the proposed assessment method to evaluate the performance of the best suppliers with a way to rank some of available alternatives. Then evaluate the performance of the supplier for this and do the proposed improvements in supplier performance improvement. From the research, there are four supplier selection criteria and 6 criteria 4 sub-criteria that influence supplier performance evaluation. Weights on supplier selection criteria is conformance quality (0.332), completeness document (0,324), technological capability (0.142), image suppliers company (0,102), and conflict resolution (0,10). Weights on supplier performance evaluation criteria is price (0.274), quality (0.258), Warranty and Claims (0.173), Delivery (0.150), Flexibility (0.087) and the Communication and Information Exchange System (0,058). For the model performance evaluation of new suppliers obtained 3 suppliers in the evaluation pass assessment with the shows good performance, and 2 suppliers in the evaluation pass assessment showed medium performance. While the results of processing with software Visual Promethee Academic Edition was found that for the raw materials packaging supplier PT C as the first rank with a net flow value (Phi) 0.2412, followed by Supplier PT A as the second rank with the net flow value (Phi) 0.0528, supplier PT B as the third ranked with net flow value (Phi) 0.0403, supplier PT D as the fourth rank with net flow value (Phi) -0.0034 and Supplier PT E as the fifth ranked with net flow value (Phi) of -0.3309.
